Given a two month break, she's working well on the dirt, has the rail, and she'll be tough in this spot.
2nd pick: #5 (Nikkileaks) (5-2) - She finished a very distant third when debuting at Los Al at this level and distance Sept. 20. She had a wide post, draws better, and has worked since. In the mix.
3rd pick: #2 (Chieftess) (4-1) - This filly by 'Lucky Pulpit' moves up in price and moves back in with fellow state breds after finishing second, 15.5 lengths in back of the winner going 6.5 furlongs here facing 'open' $30K claimers Sept. 27. No-speed type will need a fast and/or contested pace for anything more than a minor award.
