2nd pick: #7 (Loufoque) (5-2) - Daughter of 'Malibu Moon' finished second in her first pair on the grass during the fall of 2013. Away for 9 1/2 months, she did not run well on the Del Mar 'poly' in her return in early Aug. On the sidelines since, she's working fast and moves back to the grass. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #5 (Purple Rose) (7-2) - Grey mare ships from Golden Gate where she missed by a 'neck" racing on the 'poly' surface there on Dec. 13th. Well bred 5yo is working fast locally, and she's bred to love this longer trip.
4th pick: #1 (Nicegirlsfnishlast) (4-1) - She has the rail, good tactical speed, and has been competitive in most all of her turf starts. Should factor with Bejarano aboard for the first time.
