Trainer Brian Koriner, 26% second time out, brings him back in 13 days, drops him into a claimer and switches him to the dirt. A strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #2 (Promise Nothing) (15-1) - Colt showed nothing when finishing 3.5 lengths in back of 'Fun Coupons' debuting here in a turf sprint Oct. 5. He had a tough outside post, draws better, drops in class, and switches to the dirt. He had worked a well above average half-mile from the gate on the local main track Sept. 29 and he should run much better in this spot.
