Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #1 (SLEW'S CHARM) (5-1) - I don't normally like maidens with this many starts, but filly has been competitive many times facing tougher fields than this. She's going dirt to turf in her second back from an eight month layoff. Three-year-old raced evenly after a troubled break in her return at Los Alamitos Sept 12. She's worked well since and trainer Mike Harrington has Victor Espinoza aboard for the first time.

nd pick: #9 (Journeyonthe Move) (7-2) - The probable favorite, she's lightly-raced and has been competitive in her last two grass races. Home bred has early speed, experience on this tricky 'down the hill' course, and is a win candidate.

rd pick: #7 (Appealing Lady) (5-1) - She's racing first off a Pete Eurton claim and a seven-week freshening. Working fast, she's been bet heavily in several of her starts and is racing on the grass for the first time. Stalker is a big threat if she runs to her recent drills.

th pick: #5 (Kitty's Karma) (12-1) - Grey filly attracted Bejarano in her debut at Del Mar Aug 29. Racing at this level on the dirt, she tired after showing excellent early speed. Can be a factor from start-to-finish at a big price.

th pick: #6 (Lacey's Rainbow) (15-1) - Blinkers go on and she's moving from dirt to turf. Filly has raced evenly in her first pair and is bred to enjoy the grass.
