The Sadler barn drops her down and she had a very sharp half-mile work five days ago. Bejarano (35% when riding for Sadler) is aboard for the first time.
2nd pick: #1 (Sultry Season) (3-1) - Grey filly by "Mizzen Mast" has won 2-of-3 on this surface and last out was a sharp winner in a upper-level starter-allowance going a mile on Jan. 13. She has the rail, a flexible style, and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #6 (Dangerous Affair) (4-1) - Golden Gate invader is in the Hollendorfer barn and he'll drop her down a bit in price and will run her on conventional dirt for the first time. Fits, and in her only sub-par effort in four starts she was away "slowly" in a race won by the talented "Judy in Disguise."
4th pick: #4 (Sacred Delight) (7-2) - Freshened up since Dec. 9, she's working steadily for her return and trainer Eric Kruljac will race her without blinkers for the first time. Filly runs "tagged" today off the 2 1/2 month break and can factor if ready.
