Top pick: #4 (MIDNIGHT CON) - He's finished second in three of his last four starts and will be dropping down in price today. Trainer Doug O'Neill has freshened him up for the past six weeks and gelding by "Congrats" has a pair of excellent works in preparation for this attempt.
2nd pick: #2 (Jay's Firetruck) - Nice effort last out saw him involved from start to finish and check-in fourth of 11, beaten less than a length racing here at this price and distance on March 4th. Race was his first in almost three months and trainer John Sadler gives him a rider up-grade to Garret Gomez.
3rd pick: #8 (Run Charlie Run) - Price play ran porly last out in a sprint at this tag, but had been competitive in four straight prior to that. Trainer Dan Hendricks will stretch him out around two-turns for the first time and this son of "Indian Charlie" is working fast for this.
4th pick: #9 (Cruxus) - Speedy gelding tired last out after being involved in a pace duel racing at this price on March 4th. There's not a lot of speed signed on and this longshot may be in this a long ways at "juicy" odds.
