Top pick: #7 (BELIEVE TOO) (3-1) - He exits a very swiftly run race at Los Alamitos facing tougher. He chased the pace and weakened late to finish fourth in his first back off almost a two month break. He's worked fast since and trainer Tim Yakteen drops him into a claimer for the first time.
2nd pick: #1 (Sky Heart) (5-2) - The probable favorite, he has good early speed and is breaking from the rail. Working very fast, trainer John Sadler drops him down in class, and this son of "Sky Mesa" is an obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #5 (Sterling Wager) (7-2) - In the three horse win mix, cold finished a close up 3rd when debuting at Los Alamitos at this tag on Dec. 5. He was heavily bet that day and has worked nicely since.
4th pick: #6 (Fabber) (6-1) - One of a trio making their debuts, his works are solid and is in a capable barn (Blake Heap). This is a tough spot for the level so he'll need to be sharp first out.
