2nd pick: #2 (Burning) (5-2) - Stretch runner moves back in with maidens and is shortening up in distance. He rallied to finish third here going 1 1/8th miles facing winners for a $12.5K tag Jan. 17th. Win candidate in this spot.
3rd pick: #4 (City State) (4-1) - He chased and tired here going a mile for a $50K tag on Jan. 16th. It was his first since Nov. 9th, and he's worked fast twice since. He's shortening up a furlong and taking a sizable drop in class.
