2nd pick: #2 (Aunt Lubie) (5-2) - The second of the Mandella trained fillies, debuting daughter of 'Uncle Mo' sold for $325,000 as a yearling back in Sept. of 2016. Working fast, she drilled six furlongs in 1:13 flat the morning of April 12.
3rd pick: #3 (Cyrielle) (6-1) - Longshot tired here at this level and distance on a muddy surface March 11. It was her first in four months, she's worked fast since, and trainer Peter Miller adds blinkers. Dangerous today at a big price.
4th pick: #6 (Life of Illusion) (2-1) - The probable favorite, she finished 2nd here at this level going 5.5 furlongs March 25 in her first start in nine months. 4yo by 'Harlan's Holiday' has worked three times since, draws outside of the speed types, is an obvious win candidate, but is no 'lock' at a short price.
