I think he can take this at a square price.
2nd pick: #9 (Ferguson) (5-2) - 5yo is racing first off a Brian Koriner claim, and he's dropping him well under the $35K tag he got him for Feb. 22. He tired last out going a mile, is shortening up to seven furlongs for this attempt, and has blinkers on.
3rd pick: #2 (Ayacara) (6-1) - English import rallied to win by a 'neck' here at this trip on a sloppy surface for a $12,500 tag March 2. He cleared the 2l condition that afternoon and a fast and/or contested pace would help his chances out.
4th pick: #1 (For the Hustle) (12-1) - Longshot ships back from Golden Gate Fields where he tired in a sprint on the Tapeta surface there March 14. I don't believe he cared for that poly track attempt and is back on conventional dirt for this assignment. He won here at this distance Feb. 18 and is a threat at a big price if that effort is repeatable.
