Colt chased and tired Nov. 21 in a contest that came off the turf and is working nicely for his 2nd race back off the 4 1/2 month layoff. The top pick, he's coupled in the wagering with No. 1 "Milyone".
2nd pick: #6 (Causeithertz) - Well-bet in his debut, he made up some ground to finish sixth of nine, beaten by just under 3 lengths. Home-bred hasn't run since that May 9 contest, but is working steadily and Pat Valenzuela is aboard for this colt's return run. Can impact at a nice price.
3rd pick: #7 (Ain) - Comes here from Hastings Park where he was stakes-placed three times this past year. Runs off a 3 1/2 month layoff, and for a new trainer (Carla Gaines). Gelding races on the turf for the first time, attracts Garret Gomez, and races today facing only maidens. Stretch threat.
