2nd pick: #2 (Give Me Excitation) (10-1) - Price play finished second here at this level going 6-furlongs Sept 26. Stretched out and facing 'open' company Oct 14, he tired while racing very wide after breaking from the 12-post. Back in with fellow Oklahoma breds, he draws much better and is a threat at a square price.
3rd pick: #8 (Smart Pioneer) (9-5) - The morning line favorite, he finished an even fourth last out while almost seven-lengths clear of 'Give Ne Excitation.' He takes the worst of a post position change with that rival and will be over-bet since he's from the Asmussen barn. Beatable at a short price.
4th pick: #6 (Hyper Drive) (12-1) - Gelding ran evenly when debuting here in a sprint at this level Oct 15. He was eight lengths behind 'Mister Keith' that day, so at this point a small slice at a big price may be his ceiling.
