3rd pick: #9 (Broadway Ridge) (5-2) - Lightly-raced and quick from the gate, he set a quick pace before weakening to finish third, well behind 'Afleet Whitegold' here Oct. 8. His early speed must be respected.
4th pick: #7 (Sapphire Storm) (8-1) - The second of the Asmussen pair, he chased and finished evenly when almost three lengths in back of 'Broadway Ridge' here Sept. 28. He's racing back into shape following a 7.5 month layoff and is nearing his best.
