Top pick: #6 (MR. SNEAKERS) - Colt ships in from Pimlico wher he finished second at this level in a grass sprint April 28th. Trainer Mike Trombetta adds blinkers this evening and this 3-year-old by "Langfuhr" looks set for his maiden win.
2nd pick: #7 (Tiree) - One of two entered by trainer Gerald Bennett and the pair race uncoupled. This grey gelding by "Smoke Glacken" went (5-0-1-3) here last year and is a major threat if ready. Bennett's main rider (Ron Allen Jr.) is aboard.
3rd pick: #3 (Burkhaan) - Much improved last out at Tampa as in only his second start he finished a close-up fourth despite having some serious traffic issues. Colt has a pair of sharp back-to0back local works and will be a nice price this evening.
