2nd pick: #8 (Divine Ambition) (7-2) - Grey gelding has gone 8-4-2-0 so far in 2016 and has won two in a row at this meet at this level. Stalker draws outside of the speed and that should lead to a competitive effort. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #7 (Betweenhereandcool) (5-1) - Old timer has finished second in two straight here at this level. On May 25 he rallied from off the pace, and last out (June 12) tired after leading until the final 1/16th. Can factor at a square price.
4th pick: #1 (Abra) (4-1) - Speed/stalker has been freshened up sine early March. He's won three in a row sprinting on the dirt at Mahoning Valley and is working fast for his return. He's only one for seven locally, but is a much better horse at this point. Eight-year-old has the rail and can't be eliminated.
