Top pick: #1 (SOME TEMPER) (2-1) - Lightly-raced, well-bred, filly by "War Pass" cost $175K when sold as a yearling back in Aug. of 2011 at Saratoga. She's shown some talent, has early speed, runs third back off a 8 1/2 month layoff, and trainer Tim Hamm will race her around two-turns for the first time. Sophomore has the rail and is the horse to beat.

2nd pick: #2 (Bob's Pinup Girl) (3-1) - Veteran has been around seemingly forever and made her first start on a synthetic surface here on May 23rd in start No. 57. She emerged victotious that day at this mile trip facing weaker to pick up her 11th lifetime win, which is two more than the rest of this field combined (9). Nicely spotted by trainer Jevon Crumley and a win candidate

3rd pick: #3 (Queen of England) (6-1) - Daughter of grass champ "English Channel" was sent hard at the break, set a pressured pace, and tired to check inn 5th of 7 racing here at this level and distance May 27th. 4-year-old has finished second in 3-of-6 local starts and can factor with her best.
