Race was her second back from almost a 100 day break and she's worked since. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #2 (Holy Heartly) (3-1) - Obvious win candidate, 3-year-old daughter of "Lion Heart" has finished second in four of five on this surface and has done so in her last two starts. Speed/stalker was a neck better than "Conspirer" last out and will be involved every step.
3rd pick: #6 (Perfect Wink) (10-1) - Price play hasn't raced since late Nov. when she finished third at Woodbine going 8.5 furlongs. She's back with her original trainer (Mike Ferraro) and filly ran well here in both starts for the barn last summer. A danger if ready.
4th pick: #4 (Gulf Coast Breeze) (5-1) - Claimed out of her Tampa debut by Shaun baker for $32K, filly chased and tired here at this level going two-turns on May 20th in her first for the new barn following a 70 day freshening. Baker brings her back quickly, removes her blinkers, and shortens her up in distance.
