(# 7) BACK BAY BRAVE - Should hang on much better today with the "07" debut out of the way. Ran against better for most of last year and did well before tailing off in June. Possesses some speed and should be able to clear these and try and hold on. Trainer Bob Seeger is having a fine season.

(# 1) Mr Tack - Cuts back in distance to a one-turn affair. Has sprinted well before, but mostly at seven-furlongs. Will probably ride the rail the whole race and offer some inside run approaching the stretch. Most likely will settle for a minor award.

(# 3) Sir Royal Cat - Cuts back off a distance race and may run well on the reduction. First two against better he broke slowly, ran on well in the first, but not the second. Gelding has been bet as though there is some talent present.

(# 4) Saxon Warrior - Makes second start off a Dec. layoff. Ran some competitive races at this level last year. Gelding had worked very well before the return start and may have needed that race, could improve dramatically today.
