Premium Pick

Top pick: #8 (PINCH PIE) - Talented filly has been scratched a couple of times in the past two weeks looking for the right spot. Daughter of "Victory Gallop" is (8-4-1-1) on the grass and stakes winner finished second at Monmouth May 28th in the (G3) Violet stakes in her most recent outing. Stalker is workin fast at Fair Hill for trainer Tony Dutrow and she's the horse to beat.

2nd pick: #4 (Gitchee Goomie) - New York-bred mare by "Carson City" has spent her entire career on the grass and is (18-6-9-1) and has banked almost $500K. She ships from Belmont where she won a $125,000 stakes for stste-breds May 27th, and earlier this year at Gulfstream was less tha a length back of "Pinch Pie". Win candidate.

3rd pick: #2 (Safe Crossing) - Lightly-raced daughter of "Stormy Atlantic" is a rare 2-year-old purchase by the famous Augustin Stable and she's improving quickly at this point. She takes a big step up in class, but the "figure" she earned when winning an allowance at Keeneland on April 13th is the best last out of any entered. Price play.
