2nd pick: #10 (Nordic Crossing) - Lightly raced and improving this 5-year-old was an impressive winner at this price and trip on Feb. 15 in his second start off a trainer switch to the leading man here (Juan Guerrero). Draws a good pot and one-run type should get a fast pace to rally into. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #8 (Active Trader) - Races second off a claim and he'll drop back to the purchase price after an even effort last out facing slightly better. Consistent closer doesn't have any speed, and even if the pace is fast, others may have first run on him. May grab a share.
