Premium Pick

Top pick: #3 (LETSGETITRIGHT) (9-5) - The morning line favorite, veteran gelding is taking a big drop in class while going turf to dirt. Seven-year-old has been racing evenly facing tougher and trainer Bill McLean has Russell Baze aboard for the first time.

2nd pick: #2 (Bi Tomorrow) (3-1) - He's racing back into shape following a pair of layoffs and last out finished second at this level on The Golden Gate turf. Gelding has early speed and can factor if he handles the dirt.

3rd pick: #7 (Coast Guard Rescue) (4-1) - Speedy sort will have to hustle from the gate in order to try and clear off before the clubhouse turn. In shape and he has more wins on conventional dirt (4) than any other running.

4th pick: #4 (Colonel Mustard) (8-1) - He has some back class but is racing for only the third time since mid-October of 2012. Seven-year-old ran evenly last out facing better on the Golden Gate turf in his first since early May of last year. Drops, moves to the dirt, and it's nice to see him making back-to-back starts.
