He broke his maiden 11 months ago at Indiana Downs for his breeder (Will Farish) and was sent in for a 4 1/2 month break following an even effort in his first facing winners. Claimed for $7500 at the Fair Grounds in his return to action Dec 26th, he's raced evenly in a trio of starts facing tougher since then and drops down below the purchase price for the first time.
2nd pick: #5 (Outerbanks) - Grey gelding finished 2nd here at this level May 7th racing on a very "muddy" surface. Effort was his first since Nov 15th and a successful barn (Genaro Garcia) brings him back without another layoff.
3rd pick: #9 (Golani Rules) - He's always the main speed when he runs and gelding by "Peace Rules" will be cutting back in distance today. Capable with his best and he'll be a big price.
