3rd pick: #7 (Soi Phet) (2-1) - Veteran has by far the best credentials racing on dirt. He enters in shape, working fast at Santa Anita, and 8-year-old is the only horse entered who has won here before, and he's done it twice. An obvious threat at a small price.
4th pick: #5 (Poshky) (8) - Accomplished grass performer has gone 5-1-2-0 on the dirt in the past. Working fast for this stakes at San Luis Rey Downs and he's capable of impacting at a big price.
