2nd pick: #8 (Granny's Bling) (6-1) - Grey gelding is stretching out in distance after tiring in his first pair at Santa Anita sprinting at this level. He received betting support in each and trainer Kristin Mulhall wins at a 17% clip on the added yardage angle.
3rd pick: #2 (Materialistic) (4-1) - NEW gelding raced both wide and evenly when debuting in a seven furlong contest for a $30K tag Feb 15 at Santa Anita. Working fast for his second appearance, trainer Pete Eurton drops him a bit and sends him longer.
4th pick: #1 (Altuve) (15-1) - Longshot has the rail and is anther that's dropping don a bit and is stretching out in distance. Away slowly when debuting March 13 at Santa Anita, he raced wide and evenly once in stride. In his latest, colt broke better and again ran evenly. May grab a share at a big price.
