She had missed narrowly in her first pair during the early summer in her native country and trainer Chad Brown moves her back in with maidens for this attempt.
2nd pick: #8 (Stamp) (10-1) - Longshot raced evenly here after breaking from a tough outside post (12 of 12) here at this level April 6. She had missed by just under a length in her seasonal debut March 9 at Tampa Bay Downs and is a stretch threat at a square price.
3rd pick: #6 (Amandrea) (3-1) - The morning line favorite (3-1), she moves back in with maidens following a close up fourth place finish in a $75,000 stakes at the Fair Grounds March 9. Trainer Mike Maker had her work here April 13 and he has Jose Ortiz aboard. An obvious contender.
4th pick: #2 (Norma's Joy) (6-1) - Lasix is added to filly who finished an even third when debuting in a 6 furlong contest at Woodbine Nov. 2 in a race that was taken 'off the turf'. Bred for the grass, she was working during the winter in Florida and it's noted that John Velazquez takes the mount.
5th pick: #12 (Temple City Terror) (8-1) - Competitive in all three starts, she's been beaten a total of only 3 lengths. However, her outside post hurts her chances, but she's a threat if able to avoid a wide trip.
