His trainer (Tom Amoss) is having an unbelievable meet (36 of 90) and his main rider (Leandro Goncalves) is aboard. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #1 (New Believer) (3-1) - Veteran has a strong closing kick and enters in fine form. Trainer Al Dodge moves him from turf to dirt and this gelding would benefit from a fast/and or contested pace.
3rd pick: #4 (Table Games) (7-2) - Blinkers go on for his third back from a pair of layoffs. He has plenty of back class and last out finished a close up fourth here at this level and distance. Strong factor with any improvement.
4th pick: #3 (Adulare) (6-1) - He has more speed than all but "Native" and should be running right back of that rival most of the way. Gelding by "Flatter" needs to do a bit better down the stretch.
