2nd pick: #7 (Platinum Mine) - Speedy filly tired badly here in a grass sprint May 8th in her first race in 11 months. Trainer Jeff Mullins has worked her twice since and switches surfaces with her. Grey daughter of "Memo" should offer whatever she has in this spot.
3rd pick: #3 (Magic School) - Heavily bet in both starts she finished second here on the grass last out as a heavy favorite and will probably be the "chalk" again today. Moves back to the main-track and is a win threat, but at a very short price.
4th pick: #8 (Amelia Rose) - She had a tough trip in her debut in early April at Santa Anita when she was "bumped" and "steadied" at the start and ran evenly once in stride. Working fine on this surface since then, she's in the barn of Mike Puype, who's still on a strong roll.
