3rd pick: #9 (Death Star) - Another who's making his first start and this colt is in the always dangerous barn of John Shirrefs. Working fast and home-bred looks et for a trainer that wins at a 16% rate with debuting stock.
4th pick: #5 (Loro) - Also trained by Shirreffs and the two will race as separate interests. four-year-old by "El Corredor" hasn't raced since finishing fourth here at this level and distance 11 months ago. Working fine and a threat if ready.
