Son of Borrego has a solid late kick and has been competitive in three straight on the grass. He should be able to beat these.
2nd pick: #2 (Covert Mission) - Exits the same last race as several others and he rallied late to finish 4th of 10, beaten just over two lengths. Draws near the rail and will run with blinkers on this afternoon.
3rd pick: #5 (Eclipticals T Bird) - He edged "mission" last out by a 1/2 length and did so in his first ever at this price. He was a bit closer to the pace that day and a repeat makes him a threat.
