He's worked 5 times at the Palm Beach Downs Center since coming to Florida and think he can win this in wire-to-wire fashion.
2nd pick: #6 (Aztec Sense) (7-2) - Very consistent 6yo moves up in class while cutting back in distance after winning the $200K Claiming Crown Classic here Dec 1 going 9 furlongs. He's now won eight in a row, is capable at this trip, and has a lot of positive wet track experience.
3rd pick: #4 (Breaking Lucky) (5-1) - Old timer was an impressive winner here at this distance facing weaker Dec 7. A 7yo by 'Lookin At Lucky', he has a lot of back class and earlier in his career he was close to champ 'Gun Runner' several times. In the mix.
4th pick: #9 (Unbridled Juan) (10-1) - Longshot was well managed during 2018 going 6-3-2-1 while closing out the year with a pair of stakes wins. One-run type draws a nice outside post out of the mile chute and he should receive a fast pace to rally into. He has a fine local record 4-2-1-0 and is capable of getting a share at a big price.
