They paid $675,000 for this daughter of 'Malibu Moon' and she enters off a very impressive maiden win at this one-turn mile distance at Aqueduct Nov. 16. Racing for only the second time and with the addition of Lasix, she won by almost eight lengths while never asked to do much. She may have a very bright future.
2nd pick: #5 (Miss Katie Bug) (6-1) - Freshened up since Nov. 9, she broke her maiden going seven furlongs that afternoon at Churchill Downs. Working steadily for her return, trainer Dale Romans has leading rider Luis Saez aboard.
3rd pick: #2 (Alliya's Story) (9-2) - Locally based filly enters off a distant second place finish here in a $75K stakes at this mile trip Dec. 9. Stretch runner has worked fast since and Javier Castellano stays aboard.
