Top pick: #3 (MORNING LINE) - Lightly raced and speedy he finished a pace-setting/pressing third here in the "Hal's Hope S." (G3) almost a month ago. Working fast since and he'll be a handful if allowed an easy early lead. He's one of two entered by trainer Nick Zito and they'll race uncoupled.
2nd pick: #1 (I Want Revenge) - Tremendously talented horse has had serious physical issues hamper his career a couple of times. Working very fast locally for his first race since late August and he has good positional speed and the inside post. Contender at a square price.
3rd pick: #8 (Rule) - He's another who has plenty of talent but also several layoff lines on his resume. He finished second last out in the Hal's Hope and makes his second start back off a 9 1/2 month break. Looks set for his best.
