Top pick: #2 (BEVY) - Daughter of "Menifee" is in the fine barn of Graham Motion. She raced twice in the fall, both in sprints and improved noticeably in start number two. Working in a steady fashion for this, as she'll try a distance for the first time. Hedge draw is a big plus.
2nd pick: #10 (Lovamor) - The main danger. She's already proven she can get a distance as she ran well in her first two attempts (both grass routes). Has top human connections, Todd Pletcher and Johnny V. Likely winner if our top pick isn't up to the task.
3rd pick: #9 (Mac Speed) - Ran well in her last pair and has shown an affinity for the turf. Runs today for Kate O'Connell and will drop back into a claimer.
4th pick: #12 (Sky Cap) - Draws a very tough post for this (12). She finished a solid third in her first appearance last fall at Calder and has been freshened-up since. Contender, but the post is a big detriment.
