2nd pick: #8 (Better Begin) (4-1) - She finished a distant second racing for a $20K tag Nov. 8. It was her first on the grass, a career best to date, and came in her first race since Aug. 16. Daughter of 'Verrazano' can factor, but will need to step up her performance level to beat 'Interest'.
3rd pick: #10 (Fast Fraction) (5-1) - Blinkers go on filly who raced both wide and evenly when debuting for a $50K tag Oct. 27. Trainer Saffie Joseph Jr wins at a 26% rate second time out, a 25% clip when adding blinkers, and when teamed up with rider Tyler Gaffalione its 39%, 28 of 74 during 2018-19.
