2nd pick: #7 (Guest Appearance) (7-2) - A lightly raced home bred, she's shown good early speed here in both starts facing tougher. Trainer Terry Vance drops her into a claimer and is stretching her out to a mile in her first race since Dec. 29. A win candidate.
3rd pick: #11 (Flash Hands) (5-2) - Not sure she'll run as this 3yo is on the also-eligible list and needs one late scratch in the main body to get in. She's finished 2nd in 5-of-9 starts on the dirt and has done so here in 3-of-5. A very strong win candidate if she runs.
4th pick: #6 (Island Blue) (5-1) - She missed by a 'head' here going 7.5 furlongs for a $10K tag Feb. 20. It was her third straight competitive effort and this speed/stalker must be left in the mix.
