2nd pick: #2 (Diced N Sliced) - Veteran mare won two in a row here during the month of August and did so at this price and distance. Raised in class and sent around two-turns last out she tired badly after racing wide. Drops back down both price and distance and is a threat from close range.
3rd pick: #7 (Swift Action) - Fast 4-year-old hasn't raced since late May at Prairie Meadows. Consistent sort (14-4-5-2) has beaten better in the past and has never raced this low. Tough call.
