2nd pick: #3 (Skydreamin) (3-1) - Undefeated (two for two) son of "Sky Mesa" ships south from Pleasanton where he won a $60K stakes on July 7th. This will be his first on a "poly" surface, and colt has worked twice locally since shipping in.
3rd pick: #7 (Celtic Moon) (12-1) - One of a pair entered by Peter Miller who has been very "hot" here since opening day. Purchased for $100K this past April in Florida, he's run well in both attempts, and has proven that he can be competitive from off the pace. Price play.
4th pick: #2 (Ontology) (7-2) - He's finished second to today's rival "Alpine Luck" in both starts, and has a pair of extremely fast local works since coming to Del Mar. Blinkers & Bejarano are prsent for the first time, and this promising son of "Tapit" must be left in the mix.
