Premium Pick

Top pick: #1 (MUSICAL ARTS) - First-timer from the Sadler barn (18% with debuting runners) is working steadily and some of the drills are of the "quick" variety. Daughter of "Bertrando" has the rail and meets a weak field for the price. Home-bred can take this with an alert beginning.

2nd pick: #10 (Cali Gal) - Barn (Mike Pender) won a race on opening day and has this filly set for a big effort. She showed some speed in her second start and Pender takes her blinkers off and replaces Quinonez with Bejarano. Win candidate.

3rd pick: #3 (Warren's Fancy) - She's been competitive in both starts but disappointed as the favorite on May 29. On the sidelines for the past two months, filly is working fast for this and will wear blinkers for this attempt.

4th pick: #6 (Toluca) - Debuting filly by "Bertrando" is working nicely for trainer Jeff Mullins (12% first out) and the drills include a bullet from the gate at Hollywood on July 10.
