2nd pick: #13 (Blind Magic) - Draws a tough outside post, but 4-year-old does have some early speed and a pair of nice local works heading into this. Only a half length back of Naturaliste last out and that runner came back to win next out. The main danger.
3rd pick: #8 (Bryan Daniel) - Very wide while chasing a fast pace in his latest he draws a better post this afternoon and speed/stalker will be in this from start to finish. Must be left in a small win mix.
4th pick: #6 (Del Mar Johnny) - Drops into a claimer after chasing and tiring facing Ca.-bred special weights here July 23. Barn brings him back quickly, drops him down and he should factor this afternoon.
