2nd pick: #4 (Persephone) (4-1) - On the sidelines since tiring facing tougher July 19 at Del Mar, filly was sent hard from an outside post (11 of 12) that day. Much sharper in three straight prior to that, she's dropping down and I like her work pattern.
3rd pick: #9 (Bella Figura) (6-1) - Irish import broke her maiden going a mile Oct 3 at Santa Anita racing for a $50K tag. It was her 2nd back following a 10 month layoff and she was claimed that afternoon by Alf Marquez. 4yo is clearly improving and Bejarano gets aboard for the first time.
4th pick: #2 (Jaccat) (8-1) - A lightly raced 5yo mare,she's stretching out in distance after being competitive in two of there sprinting at this level. She breaks just off the rail and may impact at a square price if she handles the additional yardage.
