2nd pick: #8 (Miss Remembering) (5-1) - The second of the Baffert trained pair, she'll be a much bigger price than 'Jeweled.' She tired late while racing wide July 4 at Santa Anita and has a trio of fast local works since then. She's dropping in class, has a good post for the 6.5-furlong distance, and Bejarano stays put. Dangerous at a square price.
3rd pick: #3 (Settle Down Eileen) (9-2) - She rallied mildly to finish 3rd in the same July 4 race as 'Miss Remembering.' Filly had a slow start from the rail, so the overall effort was a positive one. Must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #10 (Ribbon of Jewels) (8-1) - Longshot tired to finish a distant 4th facing tougher at Los Alamitos July 7. Competitive in two of three prior to that, she's dropping in class, and is working fast on the local dirt.
