2nd pick: #4 (Eddie's Sister) (10-1) - Longshot stretches out in distance after showing good early speed before tiring in a pair of sprints. Well backed in each, she's working above average and can be in this race every step at a big price.
3rd pick: #2 (Nina En Fuego) (6-1) - A homebred by 'Mucho Macho Man', she raced evenly following a troubled break debuting at this level and distance August 1. This filly received some betting support, and it's noted that leading-rider Umberto Rispoli stays aboard.
