Freshened up since Sept. 28, she's finished third in three of four and lost her rider at the break in the other. The 3yo breezed a near bullet half-mile here Nov. 8 and will be tough to catch.
2nd pick: #6 (Hoptown Honey) (9-2) - Improving filly has finished second in two of her last three and did so here at this level going 6.5 furlongs Sept. 14. She earned a career-best figure at Keeneland Oct. 19 when checking in second of 12 and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #8 (Flat Awesome Jenny) (5-1) - She raced erratically down the stretch when checking in fourth of nine, beaten 7 lengths debuting Oct. 5 at Keeneland. Capable barn (Mike Tomlinson) has breezed her twice since Oct. 28 and she's a stretch threat with normal second out improvement.
4th pick: #9 (Morning Belle) (12-1) - Away since March 18 at Oaklawn Park, she displayed early speed in three of four starts. Working steadily locally, $50K purchase has breezed six times since Oct. 4 and is dangerous at a big price if ready.
