Top pick: #7 (DOUBLE RAH RAH) - He's racing back into shape following a two month break and just missed last out on the Keeneland "poly" for a $30K tag going 7 furlongs. Speed/stalker proved capable last winter/spring racing on the dirt and all of those starts came facing tougher. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #9 (Smile Daddy) - One of two entered by trainer John Booker Jr. and the pair race uncoupled. He's been sharp in his last two appearances (both on "poly") and was only a 1/2 length in back of "Rah Rah" on Oct. 18. Gelding draws a nice outside post at this "flat" mile" and is a major player if he can bring his synthetic form with him.
3rd pick: #2 (Z Camelot) - No-speed type takes the big drop into claiming land for the first time this afternoon. He ran well last out at Keeneland in his first off a two month break and son of "Smart Strike" would benefit the most by a fast/and or contested pace.
