Top pick: #6 (WICKED FINANCE) (8-1) - Longshot raced evenly at this level and distance at Santa Anita on Oct. 10 in his first back off a pair of layoffs. He's run well on this surface in the past and has a trio of impressive drills heading into this.
2nd pick: #2 (Seamark) (5-1) - Lightly-raced and well-bred, he set a strong and pressured pace and held gamely to finish third of eight, beaten a length on the santa Anita turf going a mile on Oct. 12. Solid effort came off a five month layoff and gelding has worked fast on this surface since.
3rd pick: #1 (Sweet Sunshine) (5-2) - He has the field's largest last out "figure" and it came at Santa Anita at this level and trip on Oct. 10. By far a career topper and a repeat of it makes him a serious win candidate.
4th pick: #4 (Secretatmidnight) (5-1) - He's had some problems in his first pai, but continues to train very fast for the Baffert barn. Grey colt probably has more talent that he's shown so far, and can factor at a nice price.
