(# 5) ANEW - Seasonal debut was a troubled one, as gelding suffered a severe bumping incident at the start, had to be rushed hard into the pace, stayed on well until mid-stretch only to tire late from the taxing effort. Stakes winner may try and out foot them early, or sit just off of Call Me Tony for a couple of furlongs.

(# 4) Call Me Tony - Horse is as tough as they come. Always brings his 'A' game and it's a pleasure to watch someone like him run hard and successfully for so many years. Reminds me of Spooky Mulder. That said, he'll be shadowed by the top pick from the get-go and race will be won or lost on the turn as they approach the stretch.

(# 2) Hi Time Scott - Poor race in his seasonal debut, but you wouldn't expect seven-year-olds to offer their best off of six month layoffs. Could get a very good trip sitting on the rail, about 3-4 lengths off the front-runners. He comes here off of two big works at Bowie, so he appears to be ready to fire his best.
