(# 4) RUFFINO - Tough race on view, but I think this gelding can be competitive with these. He has shown talent since his belated debut in mid-November of last season. Likes his starts about a month apart and that's the case today. Training well at Saratoga since the last race on May 11, and the off-track in last may have contributed to his defeat.

(# 2) Joaquin Memphis - Nice win on the front end in return from 2.5 months on the sidelines. Race was a bit freakish in the swift time and speed figure earned. Since he has the rail he will have to be hard used to fend off the outside speed.

(# 1A) Pay Attention - Veteran gives it a good go just about every trip to the post. Draws outside, has proven speed/stalking ability and will be in it turning for home.

(# 9) Brave Sir Robin - Even though he surprised by wiring the field in last, many of his better efforts are from off the pace. With the amount of speed signed on, I think they'll revert to those tactics today.
