2nd pick: #7 (Knarsdale) (8-1) - Lightly raced filly stretches out in distance following a pace-chasing 4th place finish going 6.5 furlongs at this level Aug. 21 at Saratoga. She 'hit the gate' at the break that afternoon and also had some early traffic issues. Longshot is dangerous on the lead if left alone in the first half-mile.
3rd pick: #3 (Parade) - Lightly raced Phipps' home bred lacks any early speed, but is clearly improving. Daughter of 'Tapit' faces winners after a come-from-behind maiden win going nine furlongs at Saratoga Aug. 23. Stretch threat.
