Top pick: #8 (FOREVER THING) (5-2) - Colt by "Curlin" cost a whopping $1M early in 2012 and enters this off a pair of second place back-to-back finishes on the Gulfstream lawn racing at this level. In the Pletcher barn, working well since shipping north, and gets the call in a competitive contest.

nd pick: #6 (Hardest Core) (8-1) - He's well-bred, speedy, working well, and will get the addition on lasix for the first time. Price play should be involved from start-to-finish.

rd pick: #10 (Federal Agent) (4-1) - He finished second in two of three this past winter at Gulfstream, and ran evenly in the other. Home-bred by "Curlin" is in a good, small barn (Angel Penna Jr) that's been quiet the past few years. Don't just dismiss.

th pick: #9 (Corinthian Summer ) (3-1) - In the Clement barn, he's run well in both starts, one each on turf & "poly." Dangerous from off the pace.

th pick: #7 (Hobson's Choice) (5-1) - New York-bred finished third facing weaker when debuting at Aqueduct on April 20th. In a good grass barn (Jimmy Toner) and this gelding could grab a small slice at a big price.
