Top pick: #3 (SATISFACTION) (7-5) - Phipp's home-bred has been competitive in all three starts and each came on the grass. Speed/stalker tired to finish fourth on April 5th at Keeneland going a bit longer and has been working fast since. Trainer "Shug" McGaughey adds blinkers, and J.J. Castellano (who was aboard in her first two starts) is back aloft.

2nd pick: #1 (Auld Alliance) (3-1) - Irish-bred and English raced filly went 6-1-2-2 overseas with her only poor outing coming against males when going 14-furlongs last July. She has a flexible running style and was in a world class barn (Sir Michael Stoute) before being sent here. Now with Graham Motion, lasix is added and this nicely bred 4-year-old is a threat if ready.

3rd pick: #4 (Precarious) (4-1) - Lightly-raced daughter of "Lemon Drop Kid" has been on the sidelines since finishing 6th of 10, beaten three lengths here in a G1 stakes on Sept. 14. She spent the winter training at Palm Meadows and this long-winded type is a stretch factor if ready.
